This Fall, DMARC opened a food pantry on-site at its headquarters at 100 Army Post Road in Des Moines. The food pantry, named the DMARC-ket Southside Food Pantry, became the 15th partner pantry in the DMARC Food Pantry Network.
On #GivingTuesday, help us raise $5,000 to fill the freezer & coolers at the DMARC-ket Southside Food Pantry with salad greens, frozen veggies, and frozen meat!
Help Us Fill the Pantry Coolers & Freezer with Healthy Food!
To keep the coolers and freezer full with healthy food items such as fresh salad mix and frozen veggies and meat, we set the goal of raising $5,000 for the DMARC-ket Southside Food Pantry. We had previously obtained many of these items through our local food rescue partnerships, so your support toward purchasing these items is even more important right now!
Earlier this month, DMARC set a record for the busiest single day of food pantry use in our 46-year history.
